Rivendell is a not-for-profit farm where an almost
magical program of hippotherapy (therapeutic horse-back riding) is offered
to restore the body and the soul. The horses are wonderful, as are the
volunteers! They are located in South Wales, NY. As well, Trish
created the counted cross-stitch pieces for the Framaree Box.
Rivendell is also the beneficiary of our third annual
Horsin' Around Rivendell Art Horse Project. We are rounding up this
year's herd of Art Horses which will be
auctioned at the Buffalo Art Studio, TriMain Building on September 29, 2007. Tickets
will soon be on sale at the shop and also at Rivendell.
Please bring unused toy horses to us at State of the Art
or email framar@framaree.com for
additional information. |
